Office 16 click to run extensibility component

Office 16 click to run extensibility component since the latest update to office 365 on Tuesday is running and configuring on every single login to Windows 10 (it always says success) several minutes in. It's doing it on all our machines. Nasty side effect is it causes the desktop icons to briefly flash/ re draw everytime it runs. I checked reliability history and prior to these latest 365 updates it never ran on every login so it seems to be a bug

Update 8/31:

This is now fixed in the latest update that's just released today 8/31. Please update to the Office 2016 version 16.0.7167.2047. To update Office, in app go to File > Accounts > Update Options > Update Now. Thanks again for your patience as we resolve this issue.
