Export your tables to Excel and then you can easily enough import them into MS Access. As far as everything else is concerned (forms, reports,...) you have to recreate them all from scratch. There is no way to import them.
That said, normally, even their table structure are not necessarily the best setup for MS Access. So I'd probably create my own normalized table structure and then use the imported data to populate my tables.

But aren't your dbs *.dbf, if so then you can directly read them in Access.
