Outlook error message 0x800CCCF4

I am trying to set up my Uebiniau Webmail to send and receive through outlook. It appears to take until I try to send and receive emails :( I have it set up as an http account type and then as other for my http service provider. The following two errors appear, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

1.) Task 'my email address: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has occurred. Save any existing work and restart the program.'

2.) Task 'my email address - Sending' reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCCF4'
