0x800CCCD2 Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders

OS:WINDOWS 7 ULITMATE

OUTLOOK 2010 PROFESSIONAL PLUS

ANTIVIRUS: AVIRA PERSONAL FREE EDITION

WINDOWS FIREWALL: TURNED OFF

ISSUES DECRIPTION:

I use Gmail, to use the email in multi computer and back up the emails, I have 4G+ emails, I am using outlook 2010, as Gmail support IMAP, so I configured the outlook to connect the Gmail with IMAP, the configurations are correct,

but the outlook 2010 can only download the email headers, even I want to sync the headers, I have to click each folders, I have about 35 folders, so it's really a pain,

I want to download all the emails, means headers+bodies, but outlook give a error code "reported error (0x800CCCD2) : Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders" please contact your ISP,

Totally make no sense to give me this code, because I don't know what should I do to resolve this, after googling and checking some thread in this forum, didn't help,

Anyone can help me, I want to use outlook 2010+Gmail in IMAP and I want to sync all the emails, headers+bodies, that means TONs of email.

Vinay, how does this help? The OP explicitly said he doesn't want to download only the headers; he wants the full message.

One posting (by "Bolli1983" in the Google forums) says this:

"go to account settings (for googlemail imap account) and click advanced account settings, then select the "deleted items" tab. select "mark items to delete but do not move them". that did it for me."

"ElGranPagan" in that same forum posted that this helped him (or her) with this very issue.
