There's no way to install Windows 10 Core from the ISO, right? I did the ISO file specifically for dual booting-which is obviously Windows 10 Pro-and I love using remote desktop from my Windows Phone.

No, Windows 10 Core is delivered over Windows Update for corresponding editions. Upgrading to Windows 10 Pro will automatically upgrade you to Windows 10 Pro RTM. So look at it as a benefit.

Due note, I'm running Windows 10 Preview in a Virtual Machine and not my Windows 8.1 host.

I have Windows 8.1 Core (after I updated 8 to 8.1) I have a Windows 8 (on my ASUS GOR Laptop) recovery partition. Windows 10 Core (which I will get) free will only be available through Windows Update and not an ISO? If thats the case, how will I ever be able to re install Windows 10 if a disaster strikes after the free update stops after a year? If I can only get it through Windows Update and not an ISO?

Thanks!

Windows 10 will be provided on ISO and through Windows Update:

Windows XP and Windows Vista users will have to do a clean install from a .ISO, so will Windows 8.0 users.

and

Will users who take advantage of the upgrade offer for Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 also be able to obtain recovery media?

Microsoft recently noted the following options available:

With Windows 10, you can create your own recovery media and back up the pristine state of the operating system and preinstalled software. If things go wrong and you are unable to refresh or reset your device successfully, you can boot the device using recovery media and reset to the prior pristine state.

I unintentionally upgraded my Windows 10 Professional to an Enterprise edition by entering an Enterprise product key.  Now I seem to be unable to revert the process. I tried to enter a Pro edition product key but it was rejected.

Any body any ideas?

I have a pretty old computer, i'm planning on cloning this HDD as well as buying new hardware, my current system is eligible for the upgrade, but it appears i will be receiving the 32bit version, the new hardware i'm purchasing will be able to run the 64bit, would i be able to download the 64bit version of Windows 10 or will i have to pay for another license?

The Media Creation Tool for Windows 8 or 10 allows you to choose 32-bit or 64-bit or both.

Hi Andre,I did the command prompt (Admin) thing and entered slmgr.vbs -dli.The results that came out were not like the one that you have shown!Instead I got something else. Why is there a Volume Activation expiration date???Shouldn't Windows 10 be forever on my computer???Or would it reactivate by itself once the activation expires??? And what in the world is KMS? I heard of KMSpico or something like that before but I never used it .I wonder if this is a problem as during the first few weeks after I downloaded Windows 10, it says that Windows is not activated. However after these few weeks, it was activated.I wonder if there is a genuine windows validation tool for Windows 10.If there is, can someone post the link?Thank You!P.S. Someone please help!!!I do mot like the fact about this KMS thing in my computer!!!
