Windows Update Error 0x8024a206 and 0x80080008

I updated to build 9926 yesterday. I am trying to perform a Windows Update today and receive the following error message:

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help - (0x8024a206).

I've performed a web search for that error code and come up empty. I've also searched the Windows Insider Program forums, and while I see other installation related error codes, I do not see this one.

Is there anyway that these error codes can actually be translated into something understandable? I mean, outside of this potentially helping a support engineer or developer, it's completely meaningless for the end user.

Update 1:

I tried running the update again, and now the error code has changed to 0x80080008

Answer
Answer

I found a solution to the 0x80080008 error code.

Create a batch file with the following contents:

REGSVR32 WUPS2.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUPS.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUAUENG.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUAPI.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUCLTUX.DLL /S
REGSVR32 WUWEBV.DLL /S
REGSVR32 JSCRIPT.DLL /S
REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL /S

Save it, and then run it as the administrator. Once run, reboot your PC and try to update again and it should have fixed the problem.
