16 bits applications not working at all !

Hi Everybody. I'm using Windows 10 Tech Preview 32-bit and it seems that 16-bit applications do not work on it.

I tried to run several 16-bit applications (which in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 work perfectly) but had nos uccess in this version.

Not even the famous "edit" command works. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Thanks in advance.
