XBOX LIVE REWARDS DISAPPEARED

Once I had like 120 points in my account... I sold my xbox 360 and buy a new one, but when y download my account to the new xbox it had no points

Why it happened?

Did you delete your profile off the console before you sold it? Someone might have used the points.
