The TV control strip overlay that runs along the bottom of the screen that has the pause/play, etc. functions on it keeps popping up every few minutes as if the controller was being operated even when there are no controllers turned on. This only started happening last night after the update was applied. Any suggestions?

G'day Patmos and dsmmrm! The only thing I can think of which would bring up those options is voice or hand gesture navigation. I know it sounds weird, but are you moving your arms around at any time while you watch TV?
A quick step to try which may help this is to power cycle your console. This is a good place to start any time it seems like the console is behaving oddly. Give it a go, and let us know the result!
