Status Code: 800700E8

I'm trying to unlock the full game of Monday Night Combat on Xbox live.

There is no option to download this in the Marketplace.

When I go to the trial version, both in the dashboard and the game itself, each time I try to purchase it comes up with: "Not available at this time. Try again later. Status Code: 800700E8".

What does this mean and how can I download the full version to enjoy with my friends who already own the game.

My location is Australia...........if that makes a difference
