"I am in a game with hackers will i get banned?"

If you are in a game of hackers like for example CoD: WaW you will not get banned the only way to get banned is to go into a private match and do all that jazz. Just file a complaint on the cheaters and leave the game. Hoped i helped out a few people :)

Well Will, you would be incorrect. If you are actively participating in a modded lobby then you will be punished according to the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct. It does not matter if you are the one hosting it or if you just happened to join one in session. The BEST thing to do when you join a modded lobby is to leave right away. Otherwise you accept full responsibility for your actions should you decide to stay.

A quick Google search shows you offering a free modded lobby on a 'girls who play xbox 360' page.

 

Cheaters/Modders/Hackers/Glitchers have no place in our community. You deserve everything you get when you are caught.
