My location not on drop down menu

Sorry, it would seem that Guam is not an officially supported Xbox LIVE region. Guam is considered an overseas territory of the United States so it's not within the 50 states that are serviced by Xbox LIVE. 

Thanks for your reply, and I understand that we are an overseas territory, but a US territory none the less. I just can't understand why you can choose Puerto Rico on the drop down menu but not Guam, CNMI, US Virgin Islands. There are a lot of XBOX fans here, but due to this problem, we can't fully enjoy the Xbox. This is the only thing holding me back for a future purchase of the Xbox One.

Just buy a gold card at either Gamestop, or if you have base access to one of the bases on the island, you can get them at an exchange.  Should bypass the credit card requirement. But it's the tradeoff for being able to have a Christmas in shorts and flip flops.

This is a big disappointment.My son has wonderful friends from that area. I see Palau, and even the Marshall Islands. What about the gamers from other overseas areas? (Guam, CNMI) They should be allowed. The Largest US Airforce Base is located there. And they (Guam and CNMI) played a Huge role for the US in WWII. They should be included in the drop down menu. Just saying.

you can use the armed forces billing address you gotta use the armed forces address though if you want more info on how to use military address contact xbox support in your region
