You have to get an endorsement by the Jordan company. You get endorsement deals by playing well, but mainly, how you answer your press conference questions. A few endorsements come before the one where you can create your own Jordans so it will take some time.

you must become one the the best in the nba on my player, first you must be accepted by jordan brand which will take skill, high fan support and team support with some leauge whatever i forgot the name, then you will get your own billboard shortly after. Then comes the magazine cover deals and finally you will get the shoe deal with jordan brand. I just got it yesterday and its awesome!!!!
