Downloading map packs?

I purchased some map packs for Black Ops a few months ago, however I have now moved house and recovered my gamertag to a new console.

If I re-download the map packs onto my new xBox, will they play ok and will other users be able to play them on both my new console and the old console where they were originally purchased?

 

 

If you redownload them on the second console, they will play fine. However, you will only be able to play them as long as your account is signed into Live.

Ya what smwutches said only if one console is your profile must be signed into live at all times

i thought we covered this already

the original purchasing console can use the content by all profiles

however the new console cannot use the content unless the purchasing gamertag is signed into live at all times this means the other people signing in will be guests

if you want the profiles on the new console to use the content without signing into your account you will have to do a drm transfer www.xbox.com/drm

however the old console will lose access to that content

the content is not meant to be shared accross more then 1 console however you can be a floating licenses which means your gamertag on the other console need to be connected to live at all times to use to content
