Champions Bundle Download Issue

I downloaded the Champion's bundle for Halo 4 recently but I had issues when it came to downloading the bullseye map pack. Halo 4 does not automatically direct me to the bullseye map pack when I click on in-game marketplace and the only download for it I see on the list looks like it will charge me $6 to download. I do not have the maps already downloaded as it will not let me play on the new maps saying I am missing downloadable content. I don't know where else to look and I don't want to pay for the maps again. Please help me if you know what is going on.

That is because Xbox Live when they went to make it backwards compatible for Xbox One everything all the servers especially Halo for now are junk and it kicks you off it doesn't give you contacting you already paid for you can't find the content and a high content it's ridiculous they need to be sued
