Cannot find downloaded RSV1 RED/BLACK pack downloads in the game!

sometimes my xbox box will recognize the maps and they are there.Most of the time i have to delete them and download them again and its still not a sure thing they will be in the maps on the game.Ive deleted them several times as well as downloaded but same problem.They are never in my downloaded area on my profile either.Whats the deal???

By not in your "download" area, what exactly do you mean? Have you deleted them using these steps: delete, clear system cache, restart console, redownload?
