Xbox registrieren, Rod, wo sehe ich von wann sie ist?

Hallo !

 

Ich habe eine Xbox gekauft vorn paar Monaten, jetzt hat sien Rod...

Auf jeden Fall hatte ich gelesen dass Microsoft ja 3 Jahre auf den Rod Garantie gibt, meine Box hat das Siegel halt noch ganz und ich wollte fragen:

 

Wo lese ich ab von wann die Box ist?

Wo registriere ich sie für die Rod-Grantie?

 

Habe schon gegoogelt, aber iwie hilft das nüscht.

Kenn mich halt nicht aus

Also bei mir steht das Herstellungsdatum auf der Rückseite (da wo das AV-Kabel steckt und daneben das Kabel für´s Internet) direkt über der Seriennummer.

Aber eigentlich ist das Kaufdatum entscheidend, nicht das Herstellungsdatum. Als meine den RoD hatte, musste ich die Rechnung/den Kassenbon im Karton mit beilegen, da sie meine Konsole sonst nicht repariert hätten, zwecks Garantiezeit. Die gilt ja ab Kaufdatum.

Da du deine Xbox erst vor ein paar Monaten gekauft hast (ich hoffe Neu), bist du noch in der Garantiezeit und solltest sie problemlos einschicken können.
