when i tried using the eject and power touch sensors they dont work. they dont even make noises when touched. it was like this since i first tried turning it on. i wasnt 100 percent sure i could turn on the console via console. so i just used the controller. once i wanted to change the game, thats when i noticed the eject button didnt work. microsoft support already told me to send it in but i wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem. other then that problem my console works perfectly. i just have to manually eject the discs. so i will be exchanging it soon.

Adding to ChiefSleet64393's suggestion. Once the console is powered down completely unplug the power cable from the back of the XBOX and wait 5 minutes before plugging it back in. After restarting it let us know the results. Good Luck!
