I am trying to get the last couple of achievements in Viva and I am looking for the Famous Pinata. Even if I can just open it and send it right back! If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!

Try this site, trueachievements.com. If you can't find anyone here, you will not have a problem over there. You would basically register an account, and then you're able to post a Gaming Session or even join one if others are looking for the same achievement.

just get one of your pinatas and give it really good accessories and it will turn into a famous pinata

This. Take your most valuable Pinata (or oldest), throw some pricey accessories on it, get it perform some tricks, and you'll get it.
I think I got mine with a Bispotti, of all things.
