I don't know what to tell you.  Maybe when you logged into XBOX.com, it defaulted you to Canadian General Discussion forum?

To resolve your issue, you need to post in the Account Suspensions forum.  As I mentioned in my previous post, no one in the Canadian General Discussion forum can help.  Don't forget to read the stickied posts on that particular forum before you make a post.

The problem is not that you were suspended. The problem is that you had inappropriate content in your bio. The solution was a suspension, and it is a solution that you agreed to in the TOU, and CoC.  Just because you payed for something, doesnt mean you can break the rules with no repercussion.

Seems plenty fair to me. Actually, you got a slap on the wrist, in my opinion.

You'll do well in the real world lol. If you were a kid in elementary school, and punched another kid, you would get let's say detention for 2 days missing recess. You claim it's not fair because your parents pay for you to go to school by paying taxes. 8-). Break rules, you get punished. Pretty reasonable to me.
