Sync cloud data not working again and again....

The Xbox support have recommended to erase my profile and download it again, big mistake!
I can't get my backup game data for many games!

Could not get my worlds in Minecraft or my data in Halo Master Chief Collection.
I'm going crazy, I lost hundreds of game time .... because the synchronization of data in the cloud doesn't work.

a lot of people also have this problem for data recovery synchronization to the cloud...

Hey, guys! I was just coming in to see if you were all resolved! I've been told that this should be fixed now. Please do let me know if you continue to have issues syncing up your data!
