refurbished 30 from gamestop

i bouth  a refurbished 360 for 110 from gamestop with a 1 year warranty is repair the only choice i have or can i get a refund or different console i think its crap i paid 110 for a console 20 for a warant 40 for a 2o gb hardrive and 15 for a year of gameinformer and i cant get some compensation i only had the console for 4 freaken months

take up the issue with gamestop where you purchased the warranty

YOU have to take up any 3rd party warranty issues with the vender

It depends what you mean by refurb?. Is it a refurb or just pre owned?.
If it has been opened by anyone but an official MS tech at their service centre then MS will not touch it.

I'm guessing the 1 year warranty is with gamestop then?, you would have to speak to them to see what options you have.

If it is just pre owned and still covered by MS then give support a ring and order a repair. This is the problem buying pre owned or refurb units OP you do not know the history of the console.

Replacement is the only option you have on it, if it is past the 30 days.
