Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Xbox LIVE. You may want to try deleting and re-downloading your gamer profile. Here is a guide.

Deleting Your Profile:

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select one of the following:

• Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Downloading Your Profile:

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the centre of your controller).

2. Select Download Profile.

    Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

Hello RockyV88, for your concern, please register first your console by opening this page myservice.xbox.com, after you register your console to your account, please contact the Xbox Customer Support support.xbox.com/.../contact-us so that they can reset your 4 digit passcode.

Sign in to Gamertag

1.press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2. Select Console Settings, and then select System info.

3. Once you`re in the System information page, please press these buttons in sequence on the controller:

Pull the left trigger.

Pull the right trigger.

Press the X button.

Press the Y button.

Press the left bumper ( button above the left trigger ).

Press the right bumper ( button above the right trigger ).

Press Up (Dpad)

Press A

Press Left (Dpad)

Press X

Reset System Setting will come up.

Go ahead and follow the Reset steps and the pass code will not be back.

Sounds crazy, but it works.

Yes, the U,A,L,X is the system reset code of your console and it will also delete the passcode of your family setting.
