Hello, I have parent controls on my LIVE account not my 360 i Can use gold things on my 360 Console Family Settings are OFF, but i cant talk to other players over LIVE and i figured out that thats blocked for people not on my friend list so i try to change it and the password is wrong but its the same one i put on the account when i started it is there anyway to reset that password or just take Parent Controls off in the first place?

The WLID/password it is asking for is the parent account, not yours.

If you are under 18, it requires a parental account. If you go to the console and try to sign in, it will show the parental account address.

The thing is i am 18, how would i go about removing this lock because i never had this problem before and it only happened with the introduction of the new terms of service, i cannot access anything other than forums and my profile.
