Ouderlijk toezicht (Help!!!)

Een kennis van mij heeft een xbox 360 gekocht en nu staat daar een ouderlijk toezicht in zonder dat ze in het bezit is van het email adres van het account en kan ze de xbox op de 1 of andere manier resetten of de account verwijderen? Help

Ze zou contact kunnen op nemen met de plek (retailer of person) waar de consol is aangeschaft.

of inloggen met een nieuwe account door een nieuw account aan te maken op de xbox. (als er nog geen Microsoft account is)

mag ik ook vragen wat u bedoeld met ouderlijk toezicht. *** u wel of niet gebruik maken van de xbox?

Dit is al een oude post, maar voor het geval dat er iemand dit probleem een keer tegen komt.

Als het hier gaat om een family passcode dan is er maar 1 manier om deze te resetten en dat is door contact op the nemen met Xbox Support via support.xbox.com/contact-us , zij hebben dan het serial nummer nodig van de console en zullen de gebruiker daarna begeleiden om de family passcode etc op de console te resetten.
