it wont let me take my card of or cancel my auto renewal it's took like 15 pound from me now some one help or I'm going to sue Microsoft for stealing my money

When you purchase a subscription you're told that auto renewl will be turned on. The only way to turn it off is by calling support.

Call XBOX support, have A/R turned off for you, spend more time reading TOS so you know about recurring subscriptions, spend less time with threats of frivolous lawsuits on public forums.
