merging my Xbox Live account to this website account?

Hi, I've been using my Live account for a few years now and want to manage my account. I  signed up again thinking I could recover my old account. I did try the 'Forget your password?' option but still could sign into the old account.  my gamertag is JCA1990 btw,

help would be appreciated thanks.

If you forgot the password to an account and cannot access the contact email. Goto www.windowslivehelp.com/passwordreset and follow the options and there is an option if you donot know the secret answer to your secret question or no longer have access to the email. Click the third option and you can fill out the form as accurately as you can and fill out the more info part also

I'm sure I used  the same email address on my old account as to this new one I created, if that makes sense?
