Hello, I am sorry if this is not where this question goes, however I couldn't find a better location. A few weeks ago my xbox slim was freezing a lot. I called your 1800 number and after trouble shooting the guy said it was my hard drive. And that I should send my hard drive in and you guys would transfer all of my data except for corrupted files. I even called before I shipped it to make sure I should keep the data on. And I was sent a new hard drive. Nothing was transferred, I have lost all of my game data. I called the 1800 number, spoke to a manager and was politely told "tough luck". I sent a email, and was replied with an automated response telling me how to recover my gamer tag. I know how to do that, and I know that my online games, and videos can just be re downloaded. however ALL of my saved game data is gone! I lost every game I have ever played because I listened to what Xbox told me to do. No one has even attempted to make this right, in fact I have struggled just to talk to an actually living person. I will continue to call, email, and post until Microsoft makes this right. I listened to you, and lost everything and have encountered some of the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with.
