Sorry SWAGGER BEARRR you can ask. Modding you profile is a serious offense. I can tell you that they will tell you that the punishment will stand. Read the Terms of Service and start over.

If you are truly sorry then you can prove it to the community and MS by starting all over again with a new account. This time following the rules you agree to. Once an account is permanently banned from XBL, it is forever. Nothing is refundable or transferable to another account either.
