I need permission for Xbox Preview Forum Access

My xbox didn't get the new updated dashboard that preview members get, so i can't download a lot of games and apps, this is really annoying because these are really fun games but whenever i try to download them they get to 100% and then say installation stopped, can i please get access and help on my console, i get the error code 0x80073cf6 after it says installation stopped.

Hey there Citric. When someone from support sees this, they can get you access to the forums once they verify that you are in the preview program. You are correct in wanting to post this there. Just to be clear, have you already downloaded the Preview app?

Unless you are in the beta you go thru support

The preview forums are only for preview members
