Error status problem

I have been having problems playing online.On halo:Reach i have a warning on my upstream bandwidth for a while but has never bothered me. Today it lags really bad on any game type, and when i play with my friends on custom games it lags even worse. Also when i played Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 i was playing with my friend and it lagged really bad. Sometimes it freezes for a long time. I can only play local games without it lagging.

Go to speedtest.net and run a test, post the results back. Also if you're wireless and using and 3rd party headsets, Turtle Beach for example, unplug those entirely and see if your connection improves.
