Cannot Add Friends

"i am getting pissed and have about lost it with xBox Live. Is it time to switch to PS3????" lol this is the first time in a long time xbox has had any issues, im sure the friends list server is down and will be up soon, i doubt switching to PS3 of all consoles will help after all they have more down time then any other console. Remember how they got hacked a couple years back? they were down for months and they have unscheduled maintenance often, stop whining and being a little b**** it will be back up shortly.

I am having this problem also. My gamer tag is SneakierNote, it will not allow me to add any friends or let anyone add me. I plan on calling the company on Monday. Another thing I have noticed is it is not showing my how many friends I have online when I log in like it usually would. Good luck looks like we both will need it.

There's a current issue with the service, it's being addressed, no problem with your account check support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status for updates.

Literally 1 hour after I posted this they fixed my account. This company knows more about me then my own grandma I think... Thank you for fixing my issue so fast.

when I click add friend it comes up with a notice of Xbox live enforcement action and the when I go to enforcement.xbox.live it says my account has a perfect record

I was friends with a person and now they are not on my friends list, appear offline to me, and we cannot hear or add each other as friends. We haven't blocked each other either. HELP!
