Can anybody help me with taking debit/credit card details off?

hi, i added my debit card details on to xbox.com and it is saying that i cannot take the debit card details off :( i know that you can ring microsoft but i dont want to do that because it cost a lot of money :( can you reply to this topic because i am starting to get worried

If you used the card to purchase points, try going to billing.microsoft.com to see if you can remove the cards there.

If you used the card to purchase a gold subscription, then you cannot remove the card while the subscription is still active. If auto-renewal is turned on then you will have to call support to have them turn it off so that you can remove the card when the account reverts to silver.

Please take note of the post date, 06/2011. You should make a new post about your issue instead of Frankensteining an old one. Those are just verification charges to make sure the card works. That $2 will be credited back to you.
