BIG PROBLEM with Guest

Hi. I've got a problem. When i play Halo 3 on my account all is working but when i try to play with my friend on split screen online.. i try to add guest and.... I See Connection problem please HELP ! (sorry for my english)

Your NAT is probably strict which means it isn't allowing you to enter other games. Try forwarding your ports, you can easily do that by calling your ISP or Xbox live support.
