account got hacked and credit card has been used Fraud

hello i have just put my xbox 360 on and watched a dvd on it then i thought i would sign in on my gamertag to see who is online strange enough it wouldnt let me sign in i thought msn password got changed automaticly by them so i reseted password checked my email and well 7000 micro soft points have been taken on the  credit card. I can not understand how that information has been hacked i only play casual on my xbox and i only really play fifa online the point is that 69 pound has gone from a family members bank acount wich i have permision to use only 4 xbox as i thought it would be secure as microsoft is well u know... anyway i changed my password recovered my account changed the email address is there anything xbox can do. I have read on the net that quite a few people have been hacked on xbox and the majority is those who play fifa well so it says on the net. So i was just wondering what would be the best next step to do  go to bank and change card number ect will there be any possiblity that i can get a refund to the bank account by microsoft or even compensation from the bank as it is well fraud.Ayway im basicly saying this because i cant do nothing at this time of night and just want to know will the credit card be secure on my account  wich i said in the above new password new email would really appriciate any helpful post

Please contact your local Xbox Phone Support to open an Unauthorized Access case.  They normally take up to 25 days and any purchases that you did not make will be refunded.  For future Xbox 360 support please go to the following forum:

Same situation with my sons account, locked out and losing paid for days whilst the "investigation" goes on but I`m currently 6 banking days charges overdrawn on top of the two points purchases for Fifa12 by a thief in China yet no refund as I speak? I trust Microsoft will not only refund the £85 stolen from my bank but also pay the overdrawn charges due to their security neglicence AND reset the lost "Xbox Live" days during the disruption? NOT a happy bunny by any means :(

And why not simply call your bank and have them deny those fradulent charges. I swear people do not know the simplest things it takes to save your personal information anymore. Also keep your passwords to ypourself and don't give them out.

convert affairs dont comment on what u dont know  u think i didnt speak to the bank.. i posted this at a stupid time in the morning dont think banks are open that early and u think ill be a idiot to give out my password ect its called getting hacked for a reason i keep all my info to myself and not people who i know in real life or game life as i said its happend to lots of people and i havnt got a response so far from xbox to only that they want me to update my card so they can continue me paying for a sub good luck with that im never adding a debit card to a account again

The main reason people get hacked is a weak password.  No brainer.

Please contact Xbox support on this issue.  They can do an investigation to fix issues with your account and can also refund any charges found to be fraudulent.
