Windows update failing: 0xC8000222

I've been trying to resolve an issue with Windows Update failing on my system (Win7 Pro 64bit).  The last time updates ran successfully wsa 7/13.  I'm running Norton 360 and spent an hour with their tech support person before he gave up on me.

Any point in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Hi,

·         Which updates are failing?

However, you may try these:

1)   Run Windows update troubleshooter.

2)    Reset Windows Update Components.
