Looks like Microsoft writes messages for themself, not for users.

They said:

4. From the drop down menu that appears, Click on the'Run as administrator' option

5. If you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, you will be asked for authorization prior to the command prompt opening. You may simply need to press the Continue button if you are the administrator or insert the administrator password etc.

nice, but what is the password ?

I am only one single user on this laptop and has no any administrators just me

Hi,
To do the same thing they're essentially not telling you how to in the link above, is run the 'sfc /scannow' command line as an administrator, which may help solve your problem.

Type in 'cmd' to your start menu search, then right-click the command-prompt icon (cmd.exe) and tell it to 'run as administrator.  Then, with the command prompt open and activated type in "sfc /scannow" into the prompt.  After 5-10 minutes (depending on computer specs / hdd space etc.) it should correct (or find any further errors with your system.
