Blue Screen Windows 7 - BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER USBPORT.SYS

Hi all,

For some time already I'm experiencing blue screen in my Windows 7, even after reinstalling windows it keep happening

It happens regardless if there is an USB device connected

Below needed information:

Error: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER USBPORT.SYS

Hi,

BugCheck FE, {6, fffffa800a400350, 48766544, 0}

Probably caused by : WinUSB.sys


Analysis was not helpful so the issue is probably BIOS, USB drivers (can be part of
BIOS or separate). or one or more USB devices and drivers causing a conflict. 3rd
party anti-virus can also cause such issues.  Check with Lenovo Support and Forums.

BTW if you have it overclocked that could be the root of the issue.

Although Trusteer Rapport lists Norton as compatible with its product, I suggest you do some research to help you determine if there are any known issues between the two products.

Hi,

If you did not purposely over-clock the computer then the speed difference would
be it using turbo mode which would be normal.
