Error message: "PMB Setting Tool has stopped working", when trying to use Play Memories Home software supplied with my SONY DSC-HX-200V.

I am trying to use Play Memories Home software supplied with my SONY DSC-HX-200V but it prompts PMB Setting Tool has stopped working .  Please suggest solution.
