Windows 10 bsod's when moving mouse after logging in.

I just updated my pc last night where it had to restart several times, now when I sign in, and move the cursor, my pc instantly blue screens with this error.

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

What failed: win32kbase.sys

Please help me with this ASAP!

Never had a problem like this before, this is the first time I've signed in since it updated.

Edit: September 1st, this is still an issue. Please help!

Hi Liam, to diagnose the underlying issue, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

Open Windows File Explorer

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip up the contents of that folder

If you have problems zipping those files, copy them out onto your Desktop and zip them from there

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Can you give us the files without moving the mouse?

We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.
Please share them with us for a better analysis of the problem. Instructions can be found here:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...
Please let us know if you need any assistance about posting dump files.

Hey, I tried copying both files in there  but one of them is in use by WerFault.exe so I can't copy it to the desktop.

Should I terminate it?

Nevermind, I tried it again! It worked! I'll attempt to send and zip here without moving my mouse.

Here it is.

Also my desktop wallpaper is gone but I figure that doesn't relate to the issue.

Hi Liam, sorry I was offline there for a while . . .

The mini-dump file did not name any device driver, rather it indicated a system file corruption . ..

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run this command and hit Enter:

sfc /scannow

When that command completes, run this command and hit Enter:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

That command will take time to complete

When it does, close Command Prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC

Before I do this later, I want to let you know this only happens on one account, the other account does not have ANY issues.
