Sending reported error (OX800CCC7D). Your outgoing (SMTP) server does not support SSL-secured connections. If SSL-secured connections have worked in the past, contact your server administrator......

Have been sending Outlook email for weeks from various locations (i.e. providers) and now can no longer send any mail. Sent messages remain in Outbox. Incoming mail is ok. Not certain what changed.
