Settings app won't launch. Toggles in action center don't work either.

Hello, guys. I'm using build 14385 and since build 14379 I can't acces the Settings app. I'm still recieving updates but have no way to access settings through any way possible. I've tried multiple solutions online and nothing Works. I can't acess lusrmgr.msc no more, it says it's not available in this build for me. Any fix for it? I need to fix my pc and it seems like there no way to fix it!

Hi Gabriel,

Looks to me like something has gone seriously wrong with your upgrade. It happens, but rarely. Frankly, I see no other solution than to start with a Clean Install, but you might want to wait until others have had a chance to respond.

If you have never done this before, do read up on it, there are plenty of posts available on how to do this, but do post if I can be of any help.
