While if you cannot reset your business or school account via above link, it means your admin has disabled the option to let end users to reset their password. Under this circumstance, you need to contact your administrator to help you reset your password.
In additional, if you are using the Free version of Teams with an Outlook.com account, you can refer to the article below to reset the password: Change
your password in Outlook.com.
