Problème de connexion ARK: survival "modifiez l’environnent et le bac à sable (sandbox) du Registre"

Bonjour,
Depuis aujourd’hui lorsque je lance mon jeu ARK (sur PC, version xbox play anywhere) j'ai une erreur de connexion:
"Impossible de vous connnecter à Xbox Live
Votre compte ne correspond pas à votre environnement de développement. Si vous vous trouvez dans le bon bac à sable (sandbox), utilisez un compte Microsoft  pour ce dernier. Pour continuer à utiliser ce compte, modifiez l’environnent et le bac à sable (sandbox) du Registre. (1%)."

Je lance le jeu depuis le menu démarer ou depuis le Microsoft store, je n'utilise pas de mode bac à sable pour windows

J'ai exactement le même problème depuis aujourd'hui même si quelqu'un peu nous aider ? svp

Le même problème sur terre du milieux alors que d'autres fonctionne.. je comprend pas

j'ai essayer de le réinstaller mai sa ne fonctionne toujours pas, j'ai l'impression que je n'ai que ce jeux qui me demande sa.. bizarre encore un problème lier a l'application xbox je pense

Je n'ai ce souci que sur Terre du milieu. J'ai relancé mes autres jeux pour voir et ils fonctionnent parfaitement... je pensais faire une réinstallation mais ta réponse me sauve car l'on sait maintenant que cela ne change rien... je vais voir si je peux faire remonter au support et peut etre repondront ils, qui sait...

Même problème aussi :( alors qu'aucun sandbox n'est activé sur mon pc

Ok pas de soucis, j’essayerais de tripoter un peut les dossier voir ce qui peut bloqué on se tien au jus.

J'ai une question pour tout le monde, vous aussi vous y jouer par le gamepass ou vous l'avez acheter ?
