Your incompitance is mind blowing microsoft

Are you guys even still working on the specialization emails? Or are we just all wasting our time with this? Its been 6 days. 6 whole days. an official statement would be nice seeing as you have tens of thousands of pissed off customers. ive posted my info up in that thread on waypoint 4 times now. In fact I was the very first person to post my info up after bs angel told everyone too. What in gods name is taking so long. This is inexcusable. This is the worst experience I have ever had with microsoft.

All e-mails and Xbox LIVE messages in regards to this promotion have been sent out. These are not being re-sent to anyone else, if you have not received anything then unfortunately you will need to wait until these specializations are available to everyone in the coming months.

There are two stickies that have been posted here and here in regards to this promotion. Those two stickies have the most up to date information on this promotion. Nothing else is available at this time, sorry.

I wrote "in the coming months" above because there is no exact date on when these will be made available. That's the only information that was received from their community manager Bs Angel via a very short twitter response to someone asking.

I cant see myself keeping my copy of halo if I have to wait "several coming months" so I can level up again.

sffgvcb: I'd have to agree with you, I'll likely be trading mine in soon. May even jump ship to the Wii U after this.  They blamed the initial e-mail problem on invalid customer e-mails, my e-mail associated with my XBL account hasn't changed in 6 years and I still use it.  Now they are suggesting everyone who qualified got the code.. what a catastrophe of a launch, file share still isn't even working after their first patch.  C'mon 343i, I was rooting for you guys..
