XBOX redemption - freebies

I had purchased Xbox 360 kinect with an offer for 10 free games, post this we receive only 3 games.  it over 2 months I have been following via email to [Mod Removed], but not a single message has been responded.  is the service standard your office has?

I would contact Xbox by Phone see speak someone about this becouse sometime they seem be overwelm with paper work . Wish you luck

I would suggest contacting the actual Xbox Live Support Team instead of the ambassadors, go onto the Xbox site, onto the tab "Support". Click it, and go onto the right sided onto the tab labeled "Contact Us". Specify your issue with them.

I did use Xbox Live support , but of no use.. i'm seriously thinking of going back to the merchant from where I had purchased the Xbox on 14Feb13 with an offer for 10 free games of which only 3 games have been delivered so far. No one seems to respond to the messages or give the appropriate answer.

The merchant where you purchased the XBOX is probably going to tell you to got through Microsoft. Most retailers have a 15 to 30 day return policy on gaming consoles with the reciept. Your best bet is to call Microsoft to see what's going on.

Well If you haven't receive these game's yet then time contract the seller or contract Microsoft and also I make copy paper recited of the places brought the game system from  just case ask for copy proof that where going to get 10 free game's

Like so many others here have said, your best bet is to call microsoft. We aren't allowed the power to look at your orders or status's of orders. :-( sorry.

But to contact microsoft by phone, in the USA it's 1 (800) 642-7676

Hello COOL STRIKERS!  I can take a look at this for you.  What region did you make this purchase in, also do you remember the exact date?  Also, which of the games have you gotten so far, and how did you receive them?

The Xbox 360 Kinect unit was purchased from Croma India, Malad (E), Mumbai, India on 14Feb2013.  Post this we received 3 games (Dance central and 2 more games) via courier from Xbox India team.  Upon consistent follow-up I recived a mail from Xbox India on 4Apr13 that they will send me Halo Anniversary, CrackDown 2, Fifa 2012.  However, yet to receive the games or a confirmation on the expected date to courier the games to me.  Your help will be appreciated.
