Xbox One Error Code (0x8B050066)

I'm a member of the Xbox Preview Program and 2 days ago (3rd Oct) I received the first update for the new UI/Dashboard. My console has now been updated with the new UI but when I go into Settings>Last Update Status it says 'Update Failed' and says 'Please test your network connection in Settings. I go to do this and realise my WiFi is no longer connected and the Xbox is offline. I go to setup wireless network on my xbox and now it displays no Wireless Networks I can connect to. I've tried to fix this by doing various steps inc: Hard Resetting my console and resetting the MAC Address. None of the steps have worked, i'm not stuck with an Xbox which is offline.
