Xbox Music trial that is a subscription

Hi,  

My young son clicked on Xbox music trial and I have now been paying for this subscription for the past 8 months.  The payment did not seek any verification which I find irresponsible, as if I had know that he had clicked on this subscription I would not have authorised the payment.  I did not check my credit card statements as appropriately as I should have due a bereavement.

We'll want to make sure that Auto-renewal for that pass is turned off here: live.xbox.com/Account  We recommend making sure that only you have access to your account, but if you are worried about other possible purchased, you can remove the payment method from the account on http://commerce.microsoft.com

Chat with microsoft support to get the charges deleted they helped me when I did the same when I couldn't afford it. Microsoft Support - http://www.xbox.com/support Good luck I hope your money gets returned/ refunded:)
