Xbox Gold Live Renewal

I am an auto renewal customer.  When the renewal failed because of expired credit card information, I tried to process the renewal and was not granted my 33% discount as indicated in my email communication that I received.  Can you please have my renewal amount adjusted and issue me the credit for that portion of my subscription.
