XBOX 1S Fortnite Edition - Missing Promo code - VBucks - Skin - Glider - Pickaxe

Hi, we gave our son an Xbox One S for christmas, Fortnite edition, but he haven't received any vBucks, skin, glider or pickaxe, that was supposed to be part of that package.

I contacted Epic Games, but they say we are missing a promo code that should have been included in the package. We do have the Game Pass/Xbox Live Gold promo card. But not the Fortnite one. I cannot say for certain if it went into the garbage. But it wasn't to be found with the other contents, where I found the other promo codes.

My son has been very patient, but I can understand that he want's this stuff.
How do we proceed, what information do you need?

The problem is you need that code, unfortunately if it's went to the garbage then you have yourself a problem, the codes themselves unfortunately do tend to get lost in the melee of consoles getting opened up and bits of cardboard flying around.

Hi,

Maybe the best way is to go to the store saying that the promo code wasn't in there and maybe the seller will help you with the problem

Hi, yes if it went into the garbage. I don't know, everything else seemed to be in the box. So I was hoping this could be rectified somehow by Microsoft officials. Thanks for your reply though.
